Rachel Jones joined RocNet in May 2023 as a Sales Engineer. She began her career with CISCO System’s rigorous CSAP program, acquiring her CCNA and CCNP. Rachel resides in beautiful Portland, Oregon, where she lives with her husband James and their adventurous Dachshund, Therem. She also enjoys dance, writing and photography.
